At The Therapy Network (TTN), our name and our logo tells a story. It reflects how the brain grows, how therapy works, and how meaningful outcomes are created—through connection.

The human brain is made up of billions of neurons forming networks that allow us to learn, adapt, and participate in everyday life. When neurons connect and communicate effectively, skills strengthen and independence grows. Our brand design was inspired by this very idea: progress happens when connections are supported and nurtured.

At TTN, we don’t work in isolation. We work as a network—with our clients, families, schools, professionals, and each other.

Designed for Connection: Our Clinic Spaces

Our clinic environment has been intentionally designed to support both individual therapy and collaborative practice.

We offer:

  • Well-resourced individual therapy rooms tailored to a wide range of physical, sensory, cognitive, and emotional needs
  • Flexible spaces that allow therapy to be personalised and goal-focused
  • A shared office environment where therapists can collaborate, reflect, and problem-solve together

This balance allows our clients and families to feel supported in a calm, purposeful space—while our team remains connected, supported, and clinically grounded.

Embedded in Education: Working Alongside Schools

Schools are a vital part of a child’s network, and we are proud to work closely with educational communities across Victoria.

As occupational therapists contracted to schools, we:

  • Develop and contribute to Disability Inclusion Profiles (DIPs)
  • Design and implement school-wide and individual student programs
  • Provide professional development and staff training
  • Work alongside classroom teachers, LSOs, and leadership teams

We also offer onsite school therapy and value invitations to Student Support Group (SSG) meetings, where shared understanding and collaboration are essential. Being present in these meetings allows us to contribute meaningfully to planning, goal setting, and consistent implementation across environments.

In addition, our therapists are happy to attend schools to:

  • Support building assessments and planning for accessible facilities
  • Assist with environmental modifications that promote inclusion and participation

Supporting Diverse Learners: Tailored Training and Adjustments

Every student is unique, and some require individualised supports to thrive. We offer staff training and consultation for students who need specific modifications related to their:

  • Physical access and mobility
  • Social participation
  • Academic engagement
  • Emotional regulation and wellbeing

By working collaboratively with school staff, we help translate student needs into practical, achievable strategies that can be embedded into daily classroom practice.

Better Together: Networking With Other Professionals

Just as neurons rely on one another, effective therapy relies on strong professional networks.

We actively value opportunities to collaborate with:

  • Other allied health professionals through care team meetings and note sharing
  • Paediatricians and GPs
  • NDIS support workers and Local Area Coordinators (LACs)

This collaborative approach ensures everyone is working toward shared goals, reducing duplication and creating consistency for clients and families. When professionals communicate openly, outcomes are stronger and more sustainable.

The Heart of TTN: Our Team and How We Support Them

Our internal network is the backbone of everything we do.

We are proud of the way we support our therapists through:

  • Fortnightly team meetings that encourage reflection, learning, and connection
  • OT Spotlights, dedicated to ongoing professional development
  • Weekly one-on-one mentoring and case management, led by our Director

This investment in our team ensures therapists feel supported, confident, and clinically strong—allowing them to provide the highest quality therapy to their clients.

We also deeply value our Administration Team, who play a vital role in:

  • Communication with families and stakeholders
  • Diary and appointment management
  • Supporting therapists with day-to-day operational needs

Their work allows our therapists to focus on what matters most: providing exceptional, client-centred therapy.
