Opening a World of Possibilities
Opening a World of Possibilities
Are you caring for someone who is neurodiverse, and looking for ways to give them the best experience of life that you can? We can design strategies that set them up for success at whatever they choose to do every day.
We do this by first looking at where the individual needs support, and then finding practical ways for them to access the tools they need to thrive. Whether it’s making friends, planning activities, accessing the curriculum, and so much more, we’re here to help people with additional needs achieve their goals… including some you might not think are possible!
How we help
Our therapists help individuals, families, and teachers to implement strategies for success in everyday activities at home, at school, or out-and-about. We use a variety of practical tools to help people who are neurodiverse develop independence and confidence, including assistive technology.

Where do we work?
We will work together in our lovely clinic, at your home, in the community, at your child’s school or across all these places depending what you and your child need.
Our clinic is based at 150 Glengala Road Sunshine West.
Our approach is all about real-life outcomes
We strive to work together from the moment you make contact with us.
In clinical OT settings, there’s often a gap between what an individual learns in the room, and how they apply that lesson in the outside world. People with perfect handwriting at the clinic suddenly cannot hold a pencil at school. Confident cutlery users have a meltdown when faced with a different looking fork at dinner time.
We help bridge that gap between the lesson and its real-world application, so individuals can transfer their new skills into everyday activities with less stress.
Welcome Aboard Session
We meet the caregiver and child separately, gathering background from the caregiver. We respect clients’ dignity, ensuring conversations include them, not just about them, during our initial meeting.
Plan Your Path to Progress
After understanding your goals, we collect baseline data to track progress. We assess your child’s strengths and needs, setting practical, individualised goals together to co-design a suitable therapy program.
Therapy for Growth & Progress
Your therapist recommends a personalised plan based on your goals, which could involve regular sessions or check-ins. We collaborate with you to ensure functional outcomes are at the heart of the process.
Meet Rebecca
Founder and CEO
Rebecca is an occupational therapist with over 6 years’ experience working with individuals with physical disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), sensory processing challenges, physical disability, intellectual disability, and complex communication needs.
She founded The Therapy Network in 2019 after hearing parents say “They do it for you, but not for me at home” too often… she knew there had to be a better way! Working within her own practice has enabled Bec to help families, teachers, and individuals build capability and confidence in the ‘real world’.
In 2021 she collaborated with Fiona Beauchamp to create the Therapy Education Hub, a community and learning platform offering professional development, mentoring, and peer support for OTs looking after people with complex needs.
